However, to be eligible for a refund, all terms and conditions below must be met.
Only customers who have fully complied with all requirements will be able to submit a request and receive a refund.

Eligibility Conditions for Refund

1. Consistent product use:
You must use the product regularly according to the usage instructions provided.

2. Real-time documentation:

on the first day of use, and after 14, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 days.

Each message must include your full name, the photo date, and the time of use.
Please note: photos must be clear and close-up, showing both eyebrows from all angles.
Photos cannot be submitted retroactively — only in real time.
The first day of use is considered the day you receive your delivery.

3. Full usage documentation:
Attach a video demonstrating how you used the product during the trial period in the refund form.

4. Product hygiene:
The product must be kept clean throughout the entire period.

5. Refund request timeframe:
Refund requests can only be submitted between day 90 and day 104 after receiving the product.
Requests submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

6. Expectations and compliance:
Refund requests will not be approved if any condition is unmet or if the product was not used according to instructions.
Refunds are conditional upon submitting all required materials and completing this form in full.
Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Refund Approval Process

Only after verification and approval will the refund be processed to the customer’s account.
Refunds will be issued after the product has been returned in full to our warehouse, either directly by the customer or via the company’s delivery service — any delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The review process may take up to 14 business days from the date the completed form and materials are received.
